Data underlying the analysis of overhead costs in housing projects: A case Study of Electrical and Plumbing System Works in the Bangkok Area

A comprehensive analysis of overhead costs for MEP contractors across 15 housing development projects. The data was collected through interviews with 15 subcontractors, who are contracted by project owners. The project owners aim to estimate and manage the overhead costs of their subcontractors to establish a fair rate relative to the contract amounts.

本数据集针对15个住宅开发项目中的机电安装工程（Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing，简称MEP）承包商的间接成本开展综合分析。数据通过对15名分包商的访谈采集所得，这些分包商均由项目业主签约聘用。项目业主旨在对其分包商的间接成本进行估算与管理，以制定与合同金额相匹配的合理费率。
