Liver RNA-seq of Nelore bulls from three different prenatal nutritional treatments collected during the animals' slaughter.

The bulls' transcriptome was originated of the three prenatal nutritional treatments: (1) NP – (control) only mineral supplementation; (2) PP – protein-energy supplementation during the third trimester; and (3) FP – protein-energy supplementation throughout pregnancy.
