This data set contains the GenBank accession numbers for genetic data gathered on the D1D2 gene of copepods during the Shelf Basin Interactions (SBI) field project. These sequences are now available to everyone who accesses GenBank. The accession number is on the right; our internal number is on the left and the name of the species of copepod is in the middle.
