Balsam Poplar nuclear genomic SNP loci

These data are diploid SNP genotypes for 412 nuclear genomic regions in Populus balsamifera (balsam poplar). Individuals are grouped in Col A according to population of origin (pop = ""), and each row is a unique individual (e.g., individual 1 from pop "BOY" = "BOY01"). Each biallelic SNP is represented by 2 columns per individual. Alleles symbols are the nucleotide bases at that locus; missing data are represented as "?". Loci are labeled across row 1 and are named according to the transcript I.D. from the Populus trichocarpa genome.本数据集涵盖香脂杨（*Populus balsamifera*）412个核基因组区域的二倍体单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）基因型数据。所有个体按来源种群在A列进行分组，种群字段记为`pop = ""`，每一行对应一个唯一个体，例如来自种群“BOY”的个体1记为“BOY01”。每个双等位基因SNP位点对应每个个体的2列数据，等位基因符号即为该位点的核苷酸碱基；缺失数据以“?”表示。位点信息标注于第1行，位点名称根据毛果杨（*Populus trichocarpa*）基因组的转录本ID命名。
