Dataset for: "Genome comparisons suggest that host adaptation of a tuber specific and a tree specific Ceratocystis pathogen was facilitated by effector clusters in unique TE families"

This data was used for genome comparisons of Ceratocystis fimbriata and Ceratocystis manginecans. It contains the most updated Nanopore genome assemblies, which consist of both Illumina HiSeq and Nanopore sequence read data, assembled into nine supercontigs. The genome annotations and protein sequences are also provided.
