Particulate organic carbon and nitrogen concentrations in water samples collected at Station MARCH-1997-GN36199704603MNB01 in the Aegean Sea

For determining POC and PON concentrations 1 to 5 litres (depending on the distance of the station from the coast and the depth layer sampled) were filtered through Whatman GF/F filters (2.5 cm diam.). Then these filters were wrapped in aluminium foil and stored at -22°C until analysing in the laboratory.为测定颗粒有机碳（Particulate Organic Carbon, POC）与颗粒有机氮（Particulate Organic Nitrogen, PON）的浓度，需根据采样站位距海岸的距离以及所采深度层的实际情况，取1至5升水样通过Whatman GF/F型滤膜（直径2.5厘米）进行过滤。随后将这些滤膜用铝箔包裹，并保存于-22℃环境中，直至送至实验室开展分析检测。
