Inadequacy between education and employment

This publication deals with the inadequacy between education and employment, which is practiced at tertiary level about one year after graduation. It presents results for graduates at the tertiary level of the final year 2018. For this purpose, the results of the university graduate survey and the survey on higher vocational education and training are used.本研究围绕高等教育阶段（tertiary level）毕业生毕业约一年后所面临的教育与就业适配不足问题展开，呈现了2018届高等教育毕业生的相关调研结果。为此，本研究采用了普通高校毕业生调查与高等职业教育及培训调研的相关数据成果。
