THE RIGHT TO A CLEAN AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT AND ECOLOGICAL MIGRATIONS

Summary: The right to a clean and healthy environment is one of the collective rights ofthird generation human rights, its protection is certainly a destination to which humanityshould strive in the face of contemporary world problems. Management of naturalresources, which is important for the economy of every state, coupled with the policy ofsustainable development have a definite influence on the increase of violations of thatrights, especially in developing countries. In this article authors made an attempt to defineof the law on the basis of legal regulations and the concept of environmental migration andenvironmental refugees.
