Number of appointed lawyers in criminal cases when the presence of a lawyer is required by law

Number of suspects, accused persons, convicted persons, minor victims as well as legal persons prosecuted for whom a lawyer, providing state-guaranteed legal aid, or an authorised representative has been selected during the previous calendar year in accordance with the provisions of Article 51, Article 55 (4), Article 322 (1) and Article 388 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania根据立陶宛共和国刑事诉讼法典第51条、第55条第4款、第322条第1款及第388条第3款的规定，在上一自然年度内，已为其选定提供国家保障法律援助的律师或授权代表的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人、已定罪人员、未成年被害人以及被追诉法人的数量。
