Data underlying the publication: Effects of different planting patterns on rhizosphere soil nutrients and microbial communities of rice

The data includes rhizosphere soil nutrient and enzyme activity content of rice in various growth stages under different planting patterns( Rice-Potato, Rice-Rapeseed, Rice-Fallow);and for the rhizosphere soil microorganisms of rice in different growth stages under different planting patterns, 16sRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to obtain the raw sequence RAW.DATA. After quality control, ASV classification was conducted based on 100% similarity, and the ASV annotation information was obtained by comparing and annotating with the Silva database.
