Data underlying the publication: Effects of different planting patterns on rhizosphere soil nutrients and microbial communities of rice

The data includes rhizosphere soil nutrient and enzyme activity content of rice in various growth stages under different planting patterns( Rice-Potato, Rice-Rapeseed, Rice-Fallow);and for the rhizosphere soil microorganisms of rice in different growth stages under different planting patterns, 16sRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to obtain the raw sequence RAW.DATA. After quality control, ASV classification was conducted based on 100% similarity, and the ASV annotation information was obtained by comparing and annotating with the Silva database.本数据集涵盖不同种植模式（稻-薯轮作、稻-油菜轮作、稻-休闲）下水稻各生育期的根际土壤养分与酶活性含量；同时针对上述不同种植模式下不同生育期水稻的根际土壤微生物，采用16S rRNA（16sRNA）高通量测序技术获取原始序列RAW.DATA。经质量控制后，基于100%相似性开展ASV（Amplicon Sequence Variant）分类，并通过与Silva数据库比对注释，得到ASV注释信息。
