FAIRsharing record for: Minimum Information About a Spinal Cord Injury experiment

This FAIRsharing record describes: MIASCI is a reporting standard for metadata regarding preclinical spinal cord injury (SCI) experiments. It is based on other reporting standards such as MIAME: minimal information about a microarray experiment. The project aims to improve the replicability of SCI research findings through this minimum information standard for describing SCI experiments and their results, and an ontology to formally describe SCI concepts and the relationships between them. Please note that the ontology remains available, even though MIASCI Online is non-functional.
