Safety, climate, and fatigue data obtained from workers onboard a drill ship in the Gulf of Mexico

Various psychological, psychomotor, and physiological data related to safety and fatigue were collected from two samples of offshore oil workers to investigate the utility of safety climate and readiness data, and to develop a dashboard prototype (EMPOWER) that displays these data. Data were collected daily, at different points before and after work shifts for one month. Sample 1 consisted of 34 workers onboard a single drill ship, and data were captured between September and October of 2020. Sample 2 consisted of 36 workers onboard a different drill ship, and data were captured between July and August of 2021.本数据集采集了两组海上石油作业工人的与安全及疲劳相关的心理数据、精神运动机能数据及生理数据，旨在探究安全氛围与工作就绪数据的应用价值，并开发一款可展示上述数据的仪表盘原型系统（EMPOWER）。所有数据于为期一个月的周期内，在轮班前后的多个时间点每日采集。样本1取自某钻井船上的34名海上石油作业工人，数据采集时段为2020年9月至10月；样本2取自另一艘钻井船上的36名海上石油作业工人，数据采集时段为2021年7月至8月。
