Forest function Legal recreational forest

Pursuant to Section 33 of the LWaldG, forests can be declared a recreational forest by ordinance if it requires the welfare of the general public to protect, maintain or design forest areas for purposes of recreation. Forests in densely populated areas (densification areas), close to cities and larger settlements, spas, spas and resorts as well as in recreation areas are eligible.依据《LWaldG》（Landeswaldgesetz）第33条之规定，若为休闲目的对林区进行保护、维护或规划以保障公众福祉，可通过政令将相关森林划定为休闲林。位于人口密集区域（致密化区域）、毗邻城市与大型定居点的区域、温泉疗养地与度假胜地周边，以及休闲林区内的森林，均符合划定条件。
