Data from the article "Diverse dust sources and warming trigger cyanobacteria abundance in freshwater ecosystems in the western United States", containing the raw values of the initial characterization of the studied ecosystems and the type of dust used, as well as the results obtained for the different variables analyzed in the experiment: Primary Production, Respiration, Chl-a, Phytoplankton Community Composition, Seston C:N:P, pH, content of Ca, and dissolved phosphorus, nitrogen, and carbon.
