This table shows information on the percentage of homes in the Netherlands by type of main heating installation at regional level. The population consists of the houses in the stock on 1 January of the reporting year, which means that new construction was not included in the reporting year, but houses that are demolished during the year. The type of main heating installation is determined, inter alia, on information on natural gas supplies throughout the reporting year and the energy label applicable at the end of the reporting year.
