Petunia axillaris mutants in EOBII and PH4 differential expression analysis

We produced P. axillaris subsp. axillaris P CRISPR-Cas9 mutants in the genes EOBII and PH4. We collected samples of limb tissues and nectaries (only for EOBII) at different stages of floral development. Each mutant tissue, at each stage can be compared with the same tissue in the wild type P. axillaris P.The study aims at finding differentially expressed genes in the mutants compared to the wild type, in order to elucidate the role of the genes EOBII and PH4 in the flower development.
