Reference sequence

This is the fasta formatted reference sequence used for the reference-based assembly. This reference was generated by concatenating short (~92 bp) contigs from a de novo assembly and separating these sequences with 30 'N' characters.本序列为用于基于参考组装的FASTA格式参考序列。该参考序列通过将来自从头组装（de novo assembly）的短（约92 bp）重叠群（contig）进行串联，并以30个连续的'N'字符分隔各序列而生成。
