Percentage of variation accounted for (Radj2) in an analysis of variance of the effects of landscape structure (L), predator type (Pr), and Breeding season (B) on the descriptive variables: population size (N), amplitude (Amp) and cycle length (CL), and on the mechanistic variables: direct density dependence (AR1), and delayed density dependence (AR2). The * illustrates the interaction between the listed parameters. All effects were statistically significant (p<0.05).
