Expression or lack of expression of CD14 and CD45 is shown as % of CD14−/+ or CD45−/+ PD cells. Expression of mRNAs for CYP27B1, CYP24A1, VDR, CAMP and HAMP, are shown as ΔCt values relative to housekeeping gene 18S rRNA, the lower the ΔCt the higher the expression of the gene of interest. Time points: Baseline 1 (B1, −1 month), baseline 2 (B2, 0 month), post-treatment (TT, +1 month).
