More and more discoveries have been made about the chronic toxic effects of aluminum, but the specific mechanism of action remains unclear. In this study, we explored the perturbation of aluminum on intestinal microflora.We hope to provide new insights into the mechanisms by which aluminum acts in humans and support gut microbiota as a potential strategy for treatment and reduction of aluminum accumulation.
