Aspergillus ochraceus is a filamentous fungus belonging to the Aspergillus group. As a member of the filamentous fungus family, the enzyme catalysis of Aspergillus ochraceus and the biosynthesis ability of secondary metabolites have great potential for development in the industrial and medical fields. To understand the genetic factors underlying its enzymatic degradation, and secondary metabolism, we analysed the whole genome of A. ochraceus.
