The role of protective intra-operative ventilation with alveolar recruitment strategies in minimising acute lung injury in lung transplantation.

Pressure-controlled ventilation 16cmH2O, repeated recruitment manoeuvres, positive end-expiratory pressure 10cmH2O with a tidal volume limit of 10ml/kg for two-lung ventilation and 6ml/kg for one-lung ventilation. The respiratory rate will be titrated to control partial pressures of carbon dioxide, from allograft insertion to end of surgery采用16cmH2O压力控制通气，反复进行肺复张操作，在双肺通气时设定10cmH2O的呼气末正压，单肺通气时设定6ml/kg的潮气量限制。呼吸频率将根据控制二氧化碳分压的需要进行调节，从同种异体移植插入至手术结束。
