This dataset contains transcriptomic data from gingival tissue samples collected in a study evaluating differential gene expression profiles in periodontitis. Supplementary Table 1 provides normalized expression matrices of protein-coding genes, while Supplementary Table 2 presents differential expression results, including fold-change and statistical significance values. Data were generated using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) followed by standard bioinformatic preprocessing and normalization. The dataset supports the identification of molecular pathways involved in periodontal disease pathogenesis and is intended to promote reproducibility and further secondary analyses.
