Profiling immune network in regressing histiocytic dermatosis: a case report

To understand the persistent inflammation even after 5 years of treatment of dapsone in Rosai-Dorfmann patient, we performed single cell RNA sequencing for persistent nodular lesions. We obtained 4-mm biopsies from nodular lesion and non-lesional skin. With dispase treatment, dermal tissue was only processed for single cell RNA sequencing. Compared single cell transcriptome between lesion and nonlesion.
