资源简介:
Sugar signaling pathways play a crucial role in carbon partitioning, allocation, and use driving plant development. In the polyploid sugarcane (Saccharum spp.), multigene families and redundant gene copies complicate our understanding of how these pathways contribute to growth and sucrose accumulation. Here, we employed AmpliSeq-RNA sequencing to quantify the expression of 708 transcripts involved in sugar signaling and metabolism in sugarcane leaves and culms during the diurnal cycle and across developmental stages in the field.
