Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 30 cm adjacent to chamber 6 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2010 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.本数据集针对一处连续低位沼泽展开监测：于6号通量箱旁的5cm、10cm及30cm深度处布设土壤温度传感器，该传感器于2010年安装完成，生长季内每5分钟记录一次温度数据；甲烷通量监测则在自动通量箱站点开展。当冬季站点无甲烷通量监测任务时，土壤温度监测频率调整为每小时1次。数据表格中的空白单元格代表缺失数据。
