Optical antenna-integrated carbon nanotube terahertz detectors were developed. Based on coupled-mode theory, the device dimensions were designed and optimized by leveraging optical metamaterials and the anisotropy of carbon nanotubes, enabling high polarization-sensitive absorption for the detectors. Electromagnetic simulations were employed to calculate the absorption and reflection spectra as well as the field distribution-related characteristics. The total dataset size is approximately 1.37 MB.
