Cultural monuments are protected by law and must be entered in a register, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not exhaustive, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned up. All ‘cultural monuments of particular importance’ previously entered in the old ‘memorial book’ under the Monument Protection Act of before 2015 have been automatically included in the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been finally updated (description, scope of protection). The lists of districts are divided into alphabetical series of their municipalities and within the municipalities (and non-district cities) by - Monument areas - Populations - Majorities of construction works - Buildings (individual monuments) - Parts of structures - Grounds - Movable cultural monuments - Other cultural monuments
文化古迹受法律保护，且须录入登记册，即通称的古迹名录（list of monuments）。相关所有权人将收到其文物古迹被纳入该名录的通知。与此同时，本平台将发布该古迹名录，并每周进行更新。该古迹名录并非穷尽式收录，而是处于持续审核、增补与清理的动态过程中。 此前依据2015年之前的《古迹保护法（Monument Protection Act）》录入旧"纪念簿（memorial book）"的所有"特别重要的文化古迹"，已自动纳入新版古迹名录，但其条目信息（含描述内容、保护范围）尚未完成最终更新。 各行政区名录按其下辖市镇的字母顺序进行排序，且在市镇（及非直辖城市）范围内，按照以下类别划分： - 古迹保护区（Monument areas） - 人口类别（Populations） - 建筑工程多数类型（Majorities of construction works） - 建筑（单体古迹）（Buildings (individual monuments)） - 建筑构件（Parts of structures） - 保护用地（Grounds） - 可移动文化古迹（Movable cultural monuments） - 其他文化古迹（Other cultural monuments）
