Data for: Ecological effects and effectiveness of silvicultural restoration treatments in whitebark pine forests

Data and associated R code scripts to perform the intervention detection method we used to detect growth releases and suppressions in whitebark pine trees in silvicultural restoration treatments. The intervention detection source code is provided here to allow use or modification of this method by other researchers. The method is designed to work with tree ring time series data. To run our analysis, place all files provided here into a single folder and run the "Intervention detection core execution code.r" script in the R environment.
