This dataset catalogs 1,237,095 putative human MHC-I downregulation signals derived from SARS-CoV-2 ORF8 variants. Each compressed group contains ~ 24,742 sequences, organized for efficient processing and analysis, and is useful for researchers, pharmaceutical developers, and policy makers.
