The following submission are data inputs that are compatible to use with the cytokineFindeR R package. The data inputs are RDS files saved as a data frame list containing metadata, gene expression counts matrices, and DEG outputs for the Cytokine Signature Analyzer webtool generated from 6 cytokine treatment and 4 perturbation studies. In our final publication, we did not include TSLP cytokine benchmarking. For LRI methods, we included all reference databases used.
