Suitability test for immission measurements 2018.

The report summarises the results of this aptitude test. The competence in the measurement of carbon monoxide (CO), sulphur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NO and NO2) was tested. The measurement results of all 15 participating organisations were subjected to the same statistical evaluation procedures as foreseen for the EQASs of the European Reference Laboratories: according to the ‘Protocol for intercomparison exercises’, AQUILA document N37. Since February 2010, the Federal Environment Agency has regularly offered operators of national and international air quality networks, reference laboratories, as well as measuring instrument manufacturers, civil engineers and laboratories for immission measurements the opportunity to check the measurement accuracy of their systems for different air pollutants in interlaboratory tests.本报告汇总了本次能力验证测试的全部结果。本次测试针对一氧化碳（carbon monoxide, CO）、二氧化硫（sulphur dioxide, SO2）以及氮氧化物（nitrogen oxides，NO、NO2）的检测能力开展了评估。所有15家参与机构的检测结果，均采用与欧洲参考实验室外部质量评估计划（External Quality Assessment Schemes, EQASs）预设流程一致的统一统计评估程序进行处理，具体依据《室间比对试验规程》（AQUILA文件N37）执行。自2010年2月起，联邦环境署（Federal Environment Agency）定期面向各国及国际空气质量监测网络运营方、参考实验室、检测仪器制造商、土木工程师以及环境污染物浓度检测实验室提供室间比对测试参与机会，以核查其针对各类空气污染物的检测系统的准确度。
