Serum, fecal samples and tissues I - Systematic screening of tryptophan metabolism identifies site- and microbial-specific signatures of tryptophan utilization in experimental colitis

This dataset contains all LC-MS raw data from serum, fecal samples and tissues (cecum, PC, DC) underlying the data presented in the corresponding manuscript. Group A: Ctrl, B: DSS, C: ABX, D: ABX/DSS. Luminal samples, serum and tissues were collected on the last day of the experiment (groups A/C: day 7 of the DSS colitis, groups B/D: day 9). Fecal samples were all collected on day 7 of the DSS colitis.
