Covariance data analytically propagated from input to output of U-net, each file contains covariance matrix of both projection and its reconstruction.'PHA/PHB' in filename stands for phantom A or B; 'Unetcov' for analytical covariance of U-net; 'LR/SW' for LeakyReLU or Swish activation; '1e3/1e4' for the number of incident photons. These files provide figures 4-7. Note that the air region in variance map is manually zeroed for better presentation.'Practical Experiment' contains analytical covariance from the practical head experiment. This file provides figure 8.'NetRecon_phantom_fig2.mat' contains phantom information displayed in figure 2.
