Toxicity of oil water accommodated fraction (WAF) to Acropora cervicornis

This dataset includes toxicity information for the scleractinian coral species Acropora cervicornis following a 48-hour exposure to oil water accommodated fraction (WAF). Laboratory assays were conducted at Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center. The dataset contains coral color/condition scores, photosynthetic efficiency (PAM) measurements, growth rate, and mortality of the coral nubbins at each time point. Also included is the concentration of oil in each exposure chamber at the beginning and end of the exposure. This information is used to calculate the sublethal and lethal toxicity endpoints (EC50 and LC50).本数据集收录鹿角轴孔珊瑚（Acropora cervicornis）经48小时暴露于油类水相馏分（Water Accommodated Fraction, WAF）后的毒性相关数据。相关实验室测定工作于新东南大学海洋学中心完成。数据集涵盖各时间点下珊瑚断枝的颜色/状态评分、光合效率（PAM）测量值、生长速率与死亡率，同时包含各暴露舱在暴露实验起始与结束阶段的油类浓度信息。上述数据可用于计算亚致死与致死毒性终点，即半效应浓度（EC50）与半致死浓度（LC50）。
