Derived data and analysis code for "Spatial transferability of empirical seismic damage models: a diagnostic audit from Boumerdes to Bejaia, Algeria"
收藏资源简介:
Derived analytical products and code supporting the article Spatial transferability of empirical seismic damage models: a diagnostic audit from Boumerdes to Bejaia, Algeria (submitted to Earthquake Spectra). The record contains the harmonised six-variable feature space of the Bejaia historic core under an anonymised building identifier, together with its RISK-UE LM1 macroseismic outputs and the transferred machine-learning and hybrid estimates; the source and target category marginals; commune-level aggregates of the Boumerdes inspection campaign; fold-level cross-validation metrics; Shapley attributions; and the complete analysis pipeline. A script, reproduce.py, recomputes 28 published quantities from the deposited tables alone, using only pandas and numpy. Neither underlying building-level database is redistributed. The Bejaia urban building inventory is the property of the Direction de l’Urbanisme et de la Construction of the Wilaya of Bejaia and was produced on its behalf by the Organisme de Contrôle Technique de la Construction (CTC); the Boumerdes 2003 inspection database is the property of the Centre National de Recherche Appliquée en Génie Parasismique (CGS, Algiers) and was used under institutional agreement.
