Matlab code - Diel Vertical migration

This matlab code solves the replicator equation for two players (prey and predator) in a water column. Running the code with no modification will provide day-night positions for both prey and predator for a range of predator clearance rates.本MATLAB代码可求解水柱环境下双人博弈（猎物与捕食者）的复制者方程（replicator equation）。无需对代码进行任何修改即可直接运行，运行后将输出一系列捕食者清除率取值下，猎物与捕食者各自的昼夜位置。
