资源简介:
Satisfaction survey of the users of the Day Centers. The purpose of this study is to know the value that users perceive from Day Centers, as well as to obtain an overview of their needs and expectations. This makes it possible to review the implementation of the areas of improvement detected in previous studies. The Day Centers are non-residential facilities of social services where socio-health, preventive and rehabilitative care is given to the elderly, on a day-time basis to prevent or compensate for the loss of autonomy. The objective is to provide socio-health care that prevents and compensates for the loss of autonomy, providing support to their relatives or caregivers, delaying institutionalisation and facilitating the stay in their usual environment. They are aimed at persons over the age of 65, or exceptionally under that age. The centres offer different services and programs: Reception programme. Comprehensive and interdisciplinary assessment of the personal and family situation. Health care programme. Psychological care program to be provided at the Day Centers for the elderly with cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Family Support Service. Grooming and Personal Care Service. Food and Nutrition Service. Adapted Transportation Service. The survey explores aspects of the service related to its notoriety, impact, organisation and provision, team of professionals or global valuation, as well as some instruments for prioritising improvements.
