FreeSurfer `recon-all` was run on the MNI152NLin6Asym and MNI152NLin2009cAsym T1w templates.
The outputs were used to create MNI space versions of the popular FreeSurfer parcellations (Aseg-subcortical, Desikan-Killiany, Desikan-Killiany-Tourville, Destrieux).
Cortical parcellations were smoothed to fit a more lenient cortical mask.
The repository as a whole is licensed under a CC BY-SA 4.0 license, while the templates are subject to a specific license by the McGill University (see `/templates/LICENSE`).
