Fire Ecology Traits for Plants: Database exports

The <b>Fire Ecology Traits for Plants</b> is a database for the study of plant responses to fire. We used this database to describe the fire-related traits of the flora of New South Wales, Australia.Quantification of these traits encompass several levels of data abstraction scaling up from field observations of individual responses, to aggregated population responses and general categories of species responses. The database is designed to link trait data and event information at these levels using: concise and documented trait and method vocabularies; documented uncertainty in observations and aggregation; documented lineage of the records.This dataset includes tables with summary of valid records related to the flora of New South Wales, Australia. Data was exported from the database (<b>version 1.1</b>) and formatted in CSV and XLSX formats using customised Python scripts.
