CPR data SB route 2014

Excel file containing CPR data for SB route (off Portugal) for May 2014, sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for all phytoplankton, traverse zooplankton and eyecount zooplankton (each on a separate excel sheet). For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.0001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon.
