CoMMonS

CoMMonS是由乔治亚理工学院创建的一个大型、公开的微观材料表面数据集，专门用于自动化面料质量评估。该数据集包含6912张高分辨率图像，覆盖24种面料样本，通过强大的显微镜在控制环境下捕捉，以研究面料的纤维长度、表面光滑度和吸水性等特性。CoMMonS数据集旨在通过深度学习技术解决面料表面特性的细粒度分类问题，为智能制造系统中的面料质量评估提供客观方法。

CoMMonS is a large-scale, publicly available microscopic material surface dataset developed by the Georgia Institute of Technology, specifically tailored for automated fabric quality assessment. This dataset contains 6912 high-resolution images covering 24 fabric specimens, which were captured using high-powered microscopes in a strictly controlled environment to study key characteristics of fabrics such as fiber length, surface smoothness, and water absorbency. The CoMMonS dataset aims to solve the fine-grained classification problem of fabric surface characteristics through deep learning technologies, providing an objective and reliable method for fabric quality assessment in intelligent manufacturing systems.
