Analysis code and data for "Behavioral metabolic suppression confounds thermal performance estimates and climate vulnerability assessments in a marine ectotherm"

Reproducible analysis code and analysis-ready data for a study of an undescribed cold-water intertidal sea anemone (Urticina sp.) in the Northwest Atlantic. Includes a negative binomial encounter-rate regression and a MaxEnt species distribution model built from effort-corrected iNaturalist occurrence data, and Bayesian thermal performance curves fit to closed-chamber respirometry. analysis.qmd reproduces the statistical analyses and make_figures.R regenerates the manuscript figures; data/clean/ holds the analysis-ready inputs and model outputs. Environmental predictors derive from Bio-ORACLE v3.0, ERA5, CHELSA v2.1, and WorldClim 2.1 (raw layers not redistributed); occurrence data are public on iNaturalist. Run under R 4.6.0.
