Cadastral parcels and cadastral municipalities

The basic spatial unit of the real estate cadastral is the cadastral plot. The cadastral plot is part of the area of the cadastral municipality, i.e. the cadastral area at sea, determined by the number of cadastral plots and its boundaries. Cadastral municipality is a cadastral spatial unit for which a cadastral operation is made. As a general rule, the cadastral municipality covers the area of one inhabited place with the associated land. A single inhabited place (a settlement) can be divided into several cadastral municipalities or one cadastral municipality may comprise several settlements.房地产地籍的基本空间单元为地籍地块（cadastral plot）。地籍地块是地籍管辖区（cadastral municipality）辖区内的区域组成部分，即由地籍地块数量及其边界划定的海上地籍区域。 地籍管辖区是开展地籍作业的地籍空间单元。通常情况下，地籍管辖区涵盖单个有人居住定居点及其附属土地的范围。单个有人居住定居点（居民点）可被划分为多个地籍管辖区，而单个地籍管辖区亦可包含多个居民点。
