SOAP Labeling

该数据集是针对SOAP笔记标注任务，涉及对进展笔记中提取信息的标注。具体来说，数据集从总共603份进展笔记中提取用于训练的数据，75份用于验证，82份用于测试。在规模上，训练集中共有106,126个标签，验证集有12,957个，测试集有15,006个。这项任务的主要内容是标注提取的临床笔记。

This dataset is developed for the SOAP note annotation task, which involves annotating information extracted from clinical progress notes. Specifically, the dataset draws training data from a total of 603 progress notes, with 75 notes reserved for validation and 82 for testing. In terms of annotation scale, the training set contains 106,126 labels, the validation set has 12,957 labels, and the test set includes 15,006 labels. The primary objective of this task is to annotate the extracted clinical progress note information.
