PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing methods of a dispersion and a structure giving an organic fiber product (sheet， molding， etc.) having good moldability (especially， shape followability to a molding die)， mechanical strength， water resistance and solvent resistance， and a crosslinked structure formed from the structure and usable as products of various kinds. SOLUTION: Provided herein are: a manufacturing method of a dispersion involving a fine cellulose fiber having an average fiber diameter of 2 nm or over and 1000 nm or under， an organic fiber having an average fiber diameter of more than 3000 nm， a blocked polyisocyanate， and water; a manufacturing method of a structure involving a fine cellulose fiber having an average fiber diameter of 2 nm or over and 1000 nm or under， an organic fiber having an average fiber diameter of more than 3000 nm， and a blocked polyisocyanate; and a manufacturing method of a crosslinked structure obtained by crosslinking the structure.
