This dataset contains the weekly cumulative fault data from the Apache Omid project spanning three consecutive releases (Releases 1, 2, and 3). It serves as the replication package for the manuscript: 'Hybrid Parallel Ensemble for Multi-Release Open-Source Software Reliability Modelling with Fault Dependency and Debugging Lag'. The data is provided to support the reproducibility of the empirical results presented in the study.
