The PTC carries out the preliminary survey of equipment, services, equipment, parks and equipped greenery at municipal and inter-municipal level, with exclusively cognitive value, also identifying the following “Services and equipment of wide area and/or provincial competence” considered essential for the pursuit of the strategies of provincial territorial development and wide area.PTC负责开展市级及跨市级层面的设备、服务、园区及配套绿化设施前期调研，该调研仅具备认知研究价值，同时甄别下述被视为推动省级区域国土空间发展与广域区域发展战略所必需的"广域及/或省级权责范围内的服务与设施"。
