Transcriptional profiling of two Patchouli chemotypes

In this study, a reference transcriptome database from the leaves of patchouli was first obtained by high throughput sequencing for basic biological functions exploration. And transcriptome comparison approach between Pogostone-type germplasm (sign mark as “SHIPAI”) and Patchouliol-type one (“HAINAN”) was used to investigate the intraspecific genetic differences.
